1. Sizing Consideration:
Before placing an order, kindly refer to our size guide to ensure the right fit for your purchase. If you require assistance with sizing, don’t hesitate to contact us via Instagram (@littlewonder2017), WhatsApp (012-430 1546), or email (hq@littlewonder2017com).

2. Exchange Process:
If you’ve received an item that doesn’t fit, we offer the option to exchange it for a different size of the same design (subject to availability) within 5 days of receiving the parcel. Please notify us as soon as possible to secure the requested size.

3. Out-of-Stock Items:
If the requested size is not in stock, you can opt to exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value.

4. Price Difference for Exchange:
In cases where the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to cover the price difference. However, for exchange items of lower value, no refund for the price difference will be provided.

5. Return Condition:
The item you wish to return must be in its original condition – unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and unironed. It should be accompanied by its original packaging and attached tags. If the returned item is found to be defective, we will return it to you.

6. Defective Items:
Although we ensure all items undergo quality checks before dispatch, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please provide us with a picture for our assessment. We will guide you through the appropriate steps.

7. Personalized Items:
Regrettably, personalized items cannot be refunded due to their unique nature. However, if the customization was done inaccurately on our part, we will accept returns for correction.

8. Exclusions:
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

9. Exchange Delivery Fee:
If you wish to exchange an item without any fault on our part, you are responsible for covering the second-time delivery fees. This includes posting the item back to us and us sending the exchanged item to you.
